Cabbages

The most commonly grown cabbages in Finland are head cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower. Cabbages are grown as raw materials for industry and for fresh sale. A large part of the head cabbage production is stored for sale during the winter season.

Bimi® broccoli, head cabbage, Chinese cabbage, red Chinese cabbage, cauliflower, purple cauliflower, orange cauliflower, collard green, kohlrabi, kale, mini cabbage, black cabbage, bok choy, broccoli, red cabbage, romanesco, Brussels sprouts, savoy cabbage, green cabbage, red cabbage, collard green and summer cabbage. Many varieties are also available as organic.
